Applies the ability score damage of the dirge effect.
Parameters
oTarget
The target creature to apply the ability penalty to.
Description
Applies the ability score damage of the dirge effect.
Remarks
Only applies the penalty to oTarget if a call to spellsIsTarget with SPELL_TARGET_SELECTIVEHOSTILE returns TRUE.
If oTarget fails a spell resistance check AND a fortitude saving throw then their dexterity and strength are decreased by 2. This decrease can be applied in addition to a previous penalty.
