Returns whether an item has the intelligent itemproperty.
Parameters
oItem
Weapon to check for intelligence.
Description
Returns TRUE if the item has the OnHit:IntelligentWeapon property.
Remarks
A wrapper to check for the intelligent weapon type and subtype.
