Sets whether or not the trap on an object can be recovered.
A trap that is disarmable but of a certain DC (35 by default in ruleset.2da MAX_NON_ROGUE_DISARM_LEVEL) cannot be disarmed by non-rogues. Note that a non-rogue could still recover the trap if SetTrapRecoverable is set and the DC reached, which amusingly itself hasn't got a "rogue levels only" DC, however detecting such a trap usually requires rogue levels if the DC is over 35.
