Returns the Cost Table value (index of the cost table) of the item property.

- Itemproperty to get the cost table value of.
Description
Returns the Cost Table value (index of the cost table) of the item property. See the 2DA files for value definitions.
Remarks
The name of this function can be deceptive. This is used to store parameters for various effects, such as ItemPropertyDamageBonus and ItemPropertyOnHitCastSpell, and often they have nothing to do with the monetary cost of the item.
