Finds a protection talent to use.

Description
A utility function that looks for a beneficial protection talent for the creature whose script calls the function.
Remarks
This function calls GetCreatureTalentRandom first with TALENT_CATEGORY_BENEFICIAL_PROTECTION_SELF, then TALENT_CATEGORY_BENEFICIAL_PROTECTION_SINGLE and finally TALENT_CATEGORY_BENEFICIAL_PROTECTION_AREAEFFECT.
